Visit the ODP website for assistance finding a waiver provider and to explore qualified providers, service options and data to enhance your choice and decision-making.
Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) framework and planning tools help users organize ideas, vision, and goals, as well as problem-solve, navigate, and advocate for supports.
The PA Family Network supports families in using the CtLC tools and with planning for supports and services.
